2. Scandex will supply the goods in perfect condition.

3. The customer shall pay for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping rates are detailed in shipping information.

4. Scandex will provide a refund or exchange items if customer so desires within 30 days of purchase price, but customer will pay for shipping, as detailed in our returns policy.

5. Scandex will not be held liable for delays or loss in shipping due to third party activities.

6. Although items are usually in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. If an item or items ordered is or are not in stock, Scandex will advise an estimated delivery date.

7. Scandex warrants that provided items are in stock and full payment is received, all orders are shipped by the following business day.
